The Soft Skills Training Program, launched under the Prime Minister’s Special Initiative in collaboration with Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), aims to equip participants with essential professional and interpersonal skills to enhance employability and workplace effectiveness.
The program is implemented by Liaison Corporation (Pvt) Ltd., along with its JV partners, in partnership with leading organizations, bringing together industry expertise to deliver high-quality training.

Comprehensive Training Modules:
Eligibility Criteria for IT Companies
- Active PSEB registration
- Minimum annual IT/ITeS export of USD 20,000 for the last two consecutive years
Eligibility Criteria for Trainees
- IT professionals with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline
- 3–5 years of industry experience
- Nominated by CEOs of PSEB-registered companies
